Stephen Page is a St. Petersburg native who has spent most of his life in the Tampa Bay area. After earning a Bachelor's Degree and obtaining his real estate credentials, he immediately began a career in the real estate industry. His business ventures started with small residential projects, and have continued to grow over the past twenty years to include numerous, successful multi-million dollar condominium and townhome developments along Florida's West Gulf Coast.

Since 2004, Mr. Page has broadened the scope of his investment portfolio to include hotel properties, beginning with the Quality Inn on Clearwater Beach. With the help of hotel management team Arditi and Coldren, Mr. Page was able to quickly turn a declining property into one of the top performing hotels in the area. He is currently in the process of transforming a Madeira Beach property into a profitable enterprise.

Mr. Page credits the success of his twenty-five year real estate development and investment career to his thorough knowledge and direct involvement in all aspects of project acquisition, development, and sales. He emphasizes working from an ownership perspective, and is particularly adept at addressing and solving difficult issues involving financing, working with local municipalities on variances and ordinances, and resolving tax issues.

To facilitate the sale of in-house projects, Mr. Page also co-founded Beach & Bay Realty, which has been ranked for several years as one of the leading real estate companies in Pinellas County.

Mr. Page enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and, when his business schedule allows, indulges in a day of deep sea fishing or a round of golf.
